Since 2002, the company has carried out production research cooperation with Xi'an Jiaotong University, Shenyang Foundry Research Institute, Central South University and other university research institutes, with strong product development capacity. The company covers a total area of more than 70 mu, with a production building area of more than 30000 square meters and a total investment of 120 million yuan. The company has advanced production equipment and perfect testing facilities.

At present, it has 8 sets of 1-5t medium frequency furnaces of various types, one large-scale V-process production line, one lost foam sand production line, one 20000 t / a modified resin hardened sodium silicate sand production line, 7 sets of heat treatment furnaces of various types, 8 sets of CNC vertical lathe and large gantry milling machines, with an annual production capacity of 60000 tons of high-quality castings. The company is equipped with spectrums detector, desktop and portable metallographic microscope, impact tester, hardness tester and other testing equipment to ensure the quality and stability of the products.
The company's products are exported to more than 30 countries and regions such as the United States, Australia, Sweden, Finland, etc.; the domestic market is mainly distributed in Sichuan, Yunnan, Zhejiang, Guangdong, Shandong, etc. It has established strategic partnership with many key state-owned large enterprises in China.
